Become A NICU Parent Mentor

Having someone to talk to during the NICU journey can be a huge comfort for new NICU parents. Our parent mentors give new NICU parents a safe space to share, provide the gift of hope and let them know they are absolutely not alone in their feelings and experiences.

We welcome you to explore if becoming a Parent Mentor is right for you at this time. We all heal at different paces, and have all had different experiences. That’s what makes this program so wonderful- we can match our new NICU parents with those veterans whom have similarities within their stories. Parent Mentors will not only find this program an amazing way to give back to the NICU community and other parents, but it can also be a part of their own healing process.

Each Parent Mentor will be trained and given the tools to help new NICU parents navigate their journey.
