Pam Frasco is a proud NICU mama two-times over and founder of Project NICU. Her experience with the unexpected deliveries of 31- weeker Santino and 30-weeker Salvatore has given her a passion to connect with and give back to the NICU Community. Her sons have inspired her to create a community that supports parents during and after their NICU Journey, and the medical teams that care for them.

Pam is a long-time March of Dimes supporter, fundraising over $50,000 for the Cleveland March for Babies walk, and an active member of the NICU Parent Network.

Pam has spent over 15 years in professional sports with various leadership roles in operations, marketing, events, public relations and community relations. She currently serves as the Cleveland Cavaliers Vice President of Community Relations & Executive Director of the Cavaliers Community Foundation.

As Project NICU continues to grow, so does her desire and determination to impact NICU Families all over the country.

Pam and her Husband Nicholas are the proud parents of Sonny (9), Sal (6) and Boston Terrier Bruno. In addition to all things Project NICU, Pam enjoys cheering on her Cleveland sports teams, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
